To enhance your reading of DSC eNewsletter it is best to set your monitor display at 1024x768 pixel setting. It is very simple to make that setting. Just follow the steps below:

1, Close all your applications.
2. Your mouse has two buttons, one on the left and one on the right. Locate the right mouse button.
3. Place your cursor on an empty spot anywhere on your desktop.
4. Click on the right mouse button. You will see a list of menu items. 
5. Move your cursor to select the "Properties" item. Then, click on the left mouse button.
6. You will see a new window. Locate the "Settings" tab (usually the far most right one)
7. Use the left mouse button click on the tab.
8. Locate an item in the middle of the window, called "Screen Resolution"
9. You will see a slider underneath labeled from "less" to "more".
10. Slide the slider (place the cursor on the slider, hold the left mouse button and slide the cursor) to the 1024x768 setting.
11. Click "OK" to finish.
